Okay, first, when you start a new post, you should see where it says, “Upload/Insert.” And the first little button, is “Add And Image.” Click that, then click, “Select Files.” Then……. You can look through your pictures and files, pick which picture you want to use, and Voila!!!!!

Well, if that’s what your talking about, then that’s called the Author widget. First, your go to the widgets on your dashboard, then on the widgets list, add the “Author” widget. When you edit it, it asks for a title. That title can be anything you want it to be. Creator of this blog, author, ruler, what ever you want.
You could also choose which size you want your picture to be.
